Main Exam Result 2016
Karnataka High Court has released the list of the Register Numbers of the candidates who have passed the Written Examination held on 9th and 10th July 2016 for selection to the post of Civil Judges by Direct Recruitment and are eligible for Viva-Voce. Minimum marks for pass in the Preliminary Examination is 50 for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and 60 for others. The successful candidates belonging to SC/ST and Category-I shall remit Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) and others Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) towards Main Examination fee through SBI online payment gateway or the candidate may download the challan through the SBI online payment gateway link in PDF format and remit the prescribed fee in any branch of SBI on or before 11.59 PM of 15 Jun 2016.
The Main Examination for the post of Civil Judges is scheduled on 9 – 10 July 2016. The time and venue of the Written Examination will be intimated shortly.
- Minimum marks for pass in the Preliminary Examination shall be 50 for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and 60 for others.
- Minimum marks for pass in each paper of the Written Examination shall be 40 for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and 50 for others.
- Minimum marks for pass in the Viva-Voce shall be 40 for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and 50 for others.
Provided that no candidate who has secured less than the minimum marks specified above:
- in any paper of the Written Examination shall be eligible for Viva Voce.
- in any paper of the Main Written Examination or in viva-voce shall be eligible for appointment as Civil Judge.
