For all the candidates who is going to appear in the written exam, it is mandatory to bring the admit card to the exam hall. All the candidates who fail to present the admit card at the time of written exam shall be exempted from writing the exam.

English or Hindi Shorthand @ 100 words per minute.
- Dictation: 10 minutes @ 100 words per minute
- Skill test on computer ‐ transcription of shorthand, 40 minutes (English) and 55 minutes (Hindi)
IB Recruitment Result 2016
The result for the IB Recruitment 2016 for Personal Assistant written exam has been out in the month of April 2016. The candidates can view their result from the official website or from this page. After the written exam candidates were called for the skill test. After the skill test, the final result has been declared. Candidates are advised to check their result.
Those candidates who acquire a specific standard in the written test will be called for the skill test. The date, place and time of the skill test shall be intimated to the candidates online.
